Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. As of 11th of January 2016, we use Australia Post for all domestic and international deliveries. You will receive an automated email-confirmation from our system when your order is dispatched. You will then receive another automated email from Australia Post system advising your tracking number. If you haven’t received an email from us or from Australia Post, please check your Spam folder or contact us on 1300 480 255.
As of 6th of November 2016, shipping calculator is enabled at the check out for international and domestic orders.
Free shipping is available on orders above $80.00 in Australia.
Pick up is available from our warehouse at Pymble, NSW. Please contact us to advise suitable time so we will leave your parcel at Reception for you. We are open from Mondays through to Fridays between 9am and 5pm.

If you order is under $80.00 and you choose Pick Up option, the system will automatically charge you for shipping. Please call us on 1300 480 255 or email email@example.com should you wish to pick up your order, and we will process refund for shipping back to you.
