Pricing Policy

The prices displayed on this Site are in Australian (AUD) dollars. Please note, prices and free shipping options are subject to change without notice.

Payments

Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Ordering Process

1. Your order will be packed and shipped within two business days. Please note, we are closed on the weekends or Australian public holidays. There are rare occasions when there could be delays with your order, in this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and ship your order by Express Post.

Shipping Charges

All postage fees are calculated automatically by Australia Post at the Checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders above $80.00 for retail customers, and on orders above $165.00 for wholesale customers in Australia.

2. Once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation from StarShipIT – shipping & tracking platform – with your tracking number and shipping carrier. If you haven’t received any correspondence from StarShipIT, please call us on 1300 480 255 or email us admin@justsnacks.com.au

3. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletters, you will receive an email-confirmation from FeedBlitz, our newsletter provider. This confirmation process is called Double Opt-In. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletters at any time.

4. You will also receive a reminder ten days after your purchase, inviting you to write the review of the products that you received. Please note, this is a separate subscription to newsletters, and you can also unsubscribe from it anytime.

Where are your snacks stored and shipped from?

All our snacks are stored and shipped by Innovative Logistics Solutions, located in Warehouse 4, 45 Davies Road, Padstow, NSW, 2211.

Do you provide additional product information such as Ingredients and Nutritional Panels?

Yes, we provide very detailed product information that also includes ingredients, nutritional panel, best before dates, allergy warming, etc. When you view a product, please scroll down to see the additional information.

How long is each product’s shelf life?

Please find detailed information in Use By/Best Before Dates section.

Do you sell my personal information?

No, we don’t. Please see our Privacy Policy about how we handle your personal information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please enter your address at the Checkout to see Shipping Rates and Shipping Countries where Australia Post ships to. Please also check Australia Post for transit times to your country. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Can I return the products I purchased?

Any stock delivered to you faulty or damaged and in unusable condition will be replaced at no charge or refunded by us. Just Snacks, however, is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information supplied, or for the inability of a recipient to receive the package on the delivery date. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by couriers during transit. Sometimes damage of the boxes can occur but the product inside the boxes will not be effected.
